Grief Guide | End of Life Doula | Sound Practitioner
Offerings
Different seasons of life require different kinds of support. Here are the ways we can work together.

1:1 Grief Coaching
One-on-one sessions are available for individuals who are grieving, experiencing life transitions, or navigating challenging life phases.

In these sessions, you can openly discuss your feelings, what or whom you miss, the changes you've experienced, and how life has impacted you. You will receive support and guidance to help you achieve a healthier, happier life.
Sessions may include supportive techniques like breathwork, guided meditation, sound therapy, and gentle movement to aid in regulating the nervous system. These gentle methods help the body relax and foster a sense of safety.

This work focuses on helping you learn to carry your burdens without feeling alone.

Available: In person in Pagosa Springs, by phone, or by video
Session Length: (you decide, 60 min is standard)

End-of-Life Doula Support
Support for individuals and families navigating end-of-life situations is essential. This support can take many forms, including emotional guidance, education, sitting vigil, assistance for family members, creating a calm environment, and providing a steady presence during a challenging and meaningful time.

End-of-life care is not solely about dying; it is also about ensuring that people feel supported, heard, and not alone during life's most significant transition.

Available: In person (Pagosa & surrounding area)
Sound, Breathwork, Meditation & Restorative Yoga
